Role Description

The Operations and Supply Chain Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end operational processes and supply chain activities that support Levelzi’s talent marketplace. This role will design, refine, and monitor workflows for candidate onboarding, client engagement, matching, and billing, ensuring reliability, speed, and quality at scale. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational data, forecasting resource needs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and resolving bottlenecks in service delivery and talent supply. The Operations and Supply Chain Lead will establish performance metrics, manage projects to improve systems and tools, and implement standard operating procedures across distributed teams. This role will also collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success to align operational capabilities with business goals and provide clear communication on timelines, risks, and process changes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Supply Chain oversight skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and vendor or partner coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, build forecasts, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions across operational and supply chain activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, document processes, and manage stakeholder expectations in a remote environment.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives, manage timelines, and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Candidates should possess a practical understanding of Sales and customer-facing operations to align supply chain and service levels with client demand and experience.
• Experience in technology-enabled services, marketplaces, staffing, or BPO operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/CSCP
