About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist to support order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, and customer delivery activities in the United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, procurement, logistics, finance, suppliers, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
- Verify order details, quantities, pricing, product availability, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding order requirements and changes.
- Check inventory availability and coordinate stock allocation and replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate order records, documentation, and system updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment preparation.
- Monitor order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight companies, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Track shipments and provide accurate delivery updates to internal teams and customers.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, shortages, and fulfillment issues.
- Assist with returns, replacements, cancellations, and order adjustments.
- Coordinate with finance teams regarding invoices, payments, credit notes, and order-related documentation where required.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipment information in ERP or order-management systems.
- Prepare regular order fulfillment, delivery, inventory, and operational reports.
- Monitor order fulfillment KPIs, delivery performance, and service levels.
- Support inventory reconciliation and investigate order or stock discrepancies.
- Communicate potential fulfillment risks and delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with process improvements to increase order accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support other supply chain and operational activities as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in order management, order fulfillment, logistics, customer operations, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain is advantageous.
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply for the Assistant level.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, order-management, or inventory systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business communication tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of shipping, delivery coordination, returns, and inventory processes is beneficial.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Arabic or additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the UAE and Middle East logistics and fulfillment environment is beneficial.
