Rosa, Laguna (Hybrid - 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a creative and strategic Organic Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content, community management, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in social media management Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms for business Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns Proven ability to drive organic growth through traditional SEO and GEO tactics Amenable to ad hoc client meetings, with flexibility to accommodate various time zones as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement Strong client relationship management skills Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms. Create and publish on-brand, engaging content (captions, visuals, and reels) that drives reach and engagement. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce campaign materials. Build and manage community engagement responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time. Conceptualize and execute brand activations (campaigns, contests, collaborations, or influencer tie-ups) that boost brand visibility. Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and present reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated on trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and culturally relevant. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and delivering regular updates on campaign performance.
