Organizational Development Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Owner at CFA Public. The Owner oversees overall business direction, sets strategic priorities, and ensures alignment with CFA Public’s mission and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, guiding client and partner relationships, and making decisions on key initiatives and resource allocation. The Owner coordinates with any contractors or collaborators, reviews operational processes, and ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This role also involves identifying new opportunities, managing risk, and maintaining a sustainable, ethical, and inclusive business environment.

• Experience overseeing finances, budgeting, and basic accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritizing multiple initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organization.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, or compliance considerations relevant to small businesses or consultancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional correspondence and documentation.
• Previous ownership, entrepreneurship, or leadership experience is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or professional certifications in business, management, finance, or a related field are a plus.
