Organizational Development Manager

Role Description The Illustrator role at Kuwait Job Career Cell is a part-time remote position focused on creating visual content for digital and print use. Day-to-day tasks include developing illustrations based on briefs, refining sketches, and producing polished artwork that aligns with project requirements and brand guidelines. The Illustrator will collaborate virtually with clients or project coordinators to understand creative direction, revise designs based on feedback, and prepare files in appropriate formats for publication. Responsibilities also include maintaining a consistent style across assets, managing deadlines, and organizing a portfolio of completed work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Illustration and Graphic Design for producing professional visual content.
• Proficiency in Drawing and Painting to create original, high-quality artwork and concepts.
• Ability to work with Graphics for both digital and print media, including layout and basic visual composition.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse illustration styles and completed projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and interpreting creative briefs.
• Relevant education or training in art, design, or a related field is an advantage, but strong practical experience may substitute.
