Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we are building the future of enterprise technology—fast, scalable, and intelligent. As an OutSystems Developer, you’ll be responsible for rapidly designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. This is your chance to lead application development that directly drives transformation across industries like tech, hospitality, finance, and staffing. You Will Be Responsible For: Application Development: Designing and building scalable and secure apps using the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Traditional Web, and Mobile apps). Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: Delivering MVPs and enterprise-grade applications in record time using drag-and-drop, workflows, and integrations. Data & Integration: Creating data models, managing APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), and integrating with external databases, CRMs, and ERPs. User Experience: Implementing modern UI/UX components, responsive layouts, and intuitive user journeys using OutSystems UI frameworks. DevOps & Lifecycle Management: Managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, staging/deployment environments, and testing automation using LifeTime and Service Center. Documentation & Collaboration: Writing clean, well-documented logic while collaborating across QA, DevOps, and product teams. This Role Is For You If: You have 2–5 years of experience with OutSystems development (web and mobile). You understand both front-end (UI/UX, widgets, JavaScript) and back-end (integrations, data models, business logic). You’re familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have experience with OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime, and Monitoring tools. You are comfortable working independently and leading modules or full-stack projects.
