Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships across DecisionSpaak Group’s innovation, venture, training, and intelligence ecosystems. This role involves identifying potential partners, conducting outreach, negotiating partnership terms, and maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships. The Partnerships Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with business priorities, coordinate joint initiatives, and ensure that partner engagements deliver mutual value. Daily activities include managing partner accounts, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the development of new programs and collaborations.

• Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills for identifying, developing, and sustaining high-impact collaborations.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee partner relationships, agreements, and ongoing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting proposals, and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance, identify opportunities, and support data-informed decisions.
• Experience in technology, innovation, analytics, or AI-focused organizations is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, ethical business practices.
