Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures and commercial terms.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners to achieve business development targets.
• Support partners throughout onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal departments to maximise partnership performance.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the business at relevant industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
• Contribute to the development and execution of business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships or a similar commercial role.
• Previous experience within the forex or CFD brokerage industry is required.
• Strong understanding of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliate partnerships and the online trading ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and generate new business.
• An established network of IBs, affiliates or industry contacts is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
