We are hiring a Payroll & AP Specialist to work full time with one of our U.S. healthcare clients. You will process payroll on schedule, manage accounts payable, and keep financial records accurate and audit-ready. This role is a great fit if you like working with numbers, following a clear process, and taking ownership of a recurring cycle.

Our talent is office-based in Pakistan, Colombia, and other South Asia and LatAm markets. You will work from our office in Pakistan as a dedicated, full-time member of the client's team.
What You'll Own
Payroll
- Prepare and process payroll on schedule in Viventium
- Review timesheets, schedules, EVV records, leave, and overtime for accuracy before each run
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay questions
- Support payroll tax, direct deposit, and deduction processes
- Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports
Accounts Payable
- Receive, review, code, and track vendor invoices and credit card statements
- Prepare AP items for approval and enter them in Sage
- Reconcile payroll and AP records and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of U.S. payroll and accounts payable experience, ideally in home care or healthcare
- Experience with Viventium, AlayaCare, or Sage preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Excel
- Willing to complete HIPAA training before starting
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote
- Reports to the Operations Manager, with approvals from your U.S. finance lead
Preferred Qualifications
- Home care or home health background
- Experience with payroll tax and multi-state payroll
- Experience using AI tools to speed up admin work
