This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Officer based in Elefsina, with remote work options available.

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing payroll processes for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution of all payroll-related obligations. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in a structured, multi-client environment.

Key responsibilities

· Processing payroll and employee-related payments

· Submitting APD, ERGANI and payroll tax declarations

· Ensuring compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation

· Maintaining accurate employee records and benefits tracking

· Supporting audit processes and internal review procedures

· Monitoring updates in payroll and employment regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
• Experience in payroll software (Epsilon or equivalent)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client portfolios
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
