People & Culture Coordinator (HR) – Americas

We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and is passionate about creating great employee experience. Based in Bogotá, you'll be part of our international People & Culture team, primarily supporting employees and managers across the Americas, with support to Asia-Pacific, particularly Australia.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on HR coordination with practical office support, develop your skills across different areas of People & Culture, and make a meaningful impact in an international company. You'll have the independence to manage your day-to-day responsibilities while being part of a supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

You'll help create a positive employee experience by supporting managers and employees with everyday People & Culture activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clear, practical guidance to employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions.

• Independently coordinating HR activities and escalating more complex matters when needed.

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, including local onboarding in Colombia.

• Maintaining employee records, HR systems, and documentation while supporting local compliance requirements.

• Coordinating employee engagement, performance activities, and mandatory training.

• Supporting office operations in Colombia, including employee events and practical workplace needs.

• Collaborating with colleagues across the Americas and Asia-Pacific and contributing to regional and global HR projects.

• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is organized, practical, and hands-on, with a genuine interest in people and a strong service mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, finding solutions, and managing day-to-day responsibilities independently. You're confident communicating with managers, comfortable asking questions, and willing to challenge ideas constructively when you see opportunities for improvement. You also know when to seek guidance and involve others in more complex matters. Most importantly, you're curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow.

We think you'll be successful if you have:

• Some experience in HR, People Operations, Recruitment, Administration, or a similar people-focused role.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a genuine service mindset.

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Confidence using digital tools and handling confidential information.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage, but relevant practical experience is equally valued. Experience with HR systems, Colombian or Mexican employment practices, or international working environments would be a plus. You don't need to tick every box.
