Role Overview

  • Location: London, right next to Liverpool Street 🚇 (hybrid, in office 4 days per week)

  • Reports to: CFO

  • Compensation: £55,000 – £60,000 / year

  • Target start date: December 2026 / January 2027

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded People & Talent Partner to own the UK employee experience at Botify. You'll work closely with regional and global leadership (headquarters in Paris + an office in New York), and shape what it feels like to work at Botify, whether employees are in our London office or working remotely. This is a role for someone who moves quickly, builds trust at every level of the organisation and collaborates effectively in multi-national environments.

Many of our employees work on site every day, and we believe they deserve a People Partner who is right there with them. Being in the office makes it easier to build trust, offer support in the moment, and be available for the conversations that don't always happen over email or video. Showing up in person is how we let our on-site team know that their experience matters and that support is always within reach.

What you'll be doing:

🤝People Partnering & HR Operations (scope: 25 to 30 employees)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and global leaders on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and team health.

  • Own UK HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data integrity, policies and compliance with local employment law.

  • Partner with the global People team to align UK programmes with company-wide strategy while adapting for local requirements.

  • Support compensation, benefits, and annual cycles (performance reviews, merit, benefits renewal) in partnership with global teams and vendors.

  • Use engagement surveys, feedback, and people data to identify trends, measure impact, and recommend action.

  • Partner on learning and development and manager-enablement programs to grow talent and strengthen leadership capability.

🌟Employee Experience & Office Management

  • Own the management and experience of the London office, including vendor relationships, facilities, budget, health and safety, and day-to-day operations.

  • Create an in-office environment that makes coming in worthwhile, through thoughtful space planning, events, and rituals that build connection and culture.

  • Design and deliver an equitable, engaging experience for remote employees so they feel as connected and supported as in-office colleagues.

  • Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications that reinforce Botify's culture and values.

🧩Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from role qualification and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and assessment methods across the full hiring lifecycle.

  • Design and implement creative, effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s priorities, hiring needs, and culture.

  • Build talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively support key positions.

  • Support global Talent projects like employer branding, process improvement, AI adoption and tools utilisation & optimisation.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment; experience in a global or multinational company is a strong plus.

  • Deep working knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.

  • Demonstrated experience managing office operations or workplace experience; bonus points for supporting distributed or hybrid teams.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with empathy and fairness.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable influencing senior leaders and partnering across time zones.

  • A builder's mindset: you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, improving processes, and making things better than you found them. You have a strong interest in AI and maybe some experience with it helping better People processes.

  • Proficiency with HRIS Systems and people tools (BambooHR, 15Five, etc).

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and ISO share options

  • Unlimited paid annual leave and flexible working policies

  • Workplace pension scheme with Penfold

  • Employee referral program

  • Private health insurance with Vitality (including medical, dental, mental health, and more)

  • Wide range of benefits (ClassPass, Cyclescheme, train ticket loan & more)

  • Regular Lunch & Learns, team socials and off-site events

  • Travel stipend to work from our offices in Paris, London, New York and Singapore

  • Opportunities for personal and professional development (career coaching with Bravely, social responsibility initiatives)

Recruitment Process

  1. A first interview with Tamina, our Talent Acquisition Manager France

  2. An interview with Orlane, Talent Partner France

  3. An interview with Romain, CFO (hiring manager)

  4. A culture fit interview on-site
