About the role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to be accountable for digital acquisition and growth through SEO, paid media, and multi-channel campaigns. The role focuses on optimizing ROI, improving conversion rates, and using analytics to drive data-backed marketing decisions. Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy (with support of media agency) Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners Manage Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc. to track and measure all marketing campaigns Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand’s digital channels and assets Monitor CAC trend Must Haves A Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels. You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. Preferably has experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
