We are currently building our global team and hiring for a remote Performance Marketing Manager, with a successful track record in B2C SaaS, to help us drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join a well financed, ambitious technology startup, whose products will disrupt and shape the Creator Economy, a $100bn market. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan, including goal setting, creative strategy, channel allocation and measurement/optimisation Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns Managing teams, budgets, and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results Requirements 4-5 years+ experience in performance marketing roles Highly desirable that you have experience working in the creator industry internationally You have prior proven experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, influencers, affiliates, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with excellent project management skills You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that encourage partnership You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver Added Bonus Strong understanding and knowledge of the YouTube algorithm Prior experience as a YouTuber, Vlogger, or a similar role in the creator industry Perks & Benefits 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Remote Work 🕓 Flexible hours 💸 A competitive salary package 👩‍🎓 Training ✈️ Opportunities for personal growth and learning 🎮 Cool environment 🌍 Global experience
