What You'll Be Doing

As a Personal Lines Insurance Associate, you'll support day-to-day insurance operations, assist clients with their requests, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and provide timely assistance to clients.
• Insurance Quotes: Prepare and process personal insurance quotes using carrier platforms and established procedures.
• Policy Management: Assist with policy updates, endorsements, and changes while ensuring accuracy.
• Mortgage Coordination: Manage mortgage-related insurance requests and coordinate necessary documentation.
• Billing Support: Respond to billing inquiries, assist with payment-related concerns, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate client information, update records, and document interactions in internal systems.
• Request Follow-Ups: Coordinate with clients and insurance carriers to ensure requests are handled efficiently and completed on time.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Prior experience in insurance or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
