About Job Job Title: PhD Intern Location : Remote Job Type : Part Time Weekly hours : 40 Hours As a Applied Scientist Intern, you would work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with teams across the company, including research. You will work as part of an organization that brings together talent in the areas of large language models, recommender systems, machine learning, deep learning, graph learning, information retrieval, software engineering, and responsible AI. Responsibilities: R&D in the area of modern Deep ReinforcementLearning, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, and Machine Learning. Push the boundaries of AI platforms through innovation and partnership. Collaborate closely with Microsoft Research, Microsoft Turing, Azure, AI platform teams, and product teams to create the next generation of AI innovation in our products and services. Qualification: BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or equivalent Currently Enrolled in a Ph. D. program specialized on AI algorithms from a US leading schools Required hands-on experience with modern Deep Reinforcement Learning . Track record of publication on RL is a major plus. Outstanding C# and/or Python coding skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results-oriented free thinkers with ability to socialize and drive their ideas into technology are highly desired Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
