Job Title: Phone Representative
Monthly Pay: PKR 63,000 - 149,070 per month
Summary:
You start each phone conversation with a clear introduction, explain your reason for calling, and listen without rushing. Assigned lead lists and requested callbacks provide the conversations you handle. You explain the offer, check interest, and help suitable leads reach the sales team. The aim is to make useful connections through steady calling and clear notes. A sales team lead reviews your conversations and supports your next steps when questions need more guidance. You do this fully remote job and work from home with shared calling and lead tracking tools. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan steady calling from the assigned list in a CRM such as HubSpot, a system storing lead details. Check requested callbacks before starting new calls.
• Call leads through a business phone system such as Aircall, a tool for making and tracking calls. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
• Ask short questions about each lead's needs and interest. Listen before deciding whether a sales conversation would help.
• Explain the offer using approved call notes and simple words. Answer questions without promising results or guessing missing answers.
• Respond politely when someone declines or asks to speak later. Note the reason and respect requests for no further calls.
• Connect interested leads with the sales team and share a short summary. Include their needs, questions, and agreed next step.
• Arrange requested calls using a scheduling tool such as Microsoft Outlook, a tool showing available times. Confirm the agreed time.
• Return calls when requested and review earlier notes first. Give the lead a short reminder of your previous conversation.
• Record each call result, comments, and next step. Mark wrong numbers and duplicate entries to keep the list useful.
• Share daily call counts and interested leads with the team lead. Practice call outlines and apply coaching feedback.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct transfers to the sales team, and steady daily calling activity.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No experience required; phone calling, customer contact, or sales support experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow a call outline while giving each lead time to answer.
• Comfort learning shared calling tools and keeping lead details current after each conversation.
• Ability to explain an offer simply, ask useful questions, and recognize interest in further discussion.
• Care when writing call notes, choosing call results, and checking appointment times before confirming them.
• Patience when people decline, question the offer, or need a slower explanation. Stay respectful rather than pushing for interest.
• A quiet place for clear calls and willingness to ask your team lead for help.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role with work from home and shared tools that keep your tasks organized.
• Structured onboarding and training on a CRM such as HubSpot, a business phone system such as Aircall, and a scheduling tool such as Microsoft Outlook.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to discuss calls, review questions, and identify useful practice.
• Access to growth opportunities within the team as your calling skills and tool knowledge develop.
• Bonus opportunities.
