〈職務内容〉

対話AIプロダクトの進化およびビジネスコミュニケーションデータを活用したマルチプロダクト展開に向け、素早くかつ安全にプロダクト開発を加速させる全社共通のシステム基盤を構築します。AI技術とプロダクト、ユーザーを直接つなぐプラットフォーム基盤を担い、技術的意思決定を通じて事業のスケールに直接貢献します。

■仕事内容：プラットフォームエンジニア(リードクラス)としてシステム全体の基盤設計と技術的リーダーシップをリード

・サービス共通基盤（認証/SSO、バッチ処理、ログ・モニタリング等）の企画立案から設計・開発・運用までを一貫して担当

・マルチプロダクト展開や将来のスケールを見据えた、高信頼かつ柔軟なシステムアーキテクチャの設計および技術的意思決定の主導

・既存システムの拡張性・保守性課題に対する技術的負債の解消と、モダンな技術プラクティスの導入推進

【開発/システム環境】

・クラウドプラットフォーム：AWS

・アーキテクチャ/ツール：マイクロサービス、CI/CDパイプライン、ログ・モニタリング基盤、共通認証・バッチ基盤等

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・サービス共通基盤の設計、構築、運用に関する3年以上の実務経験

・クラウドプラットフォーム（特にAWS）を用いた開発および運用の実務経験

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの導入、サービス分割の経験

・CI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築経験

・CTOや技術部門の責任者など、技術的リーダーシップを発揮した経験

・認可システム、バッチ処理システム、またはログ・モニタリングシステムの設計・構築・運用経験

・SIP等、電話通信にまつわるシステムの開発・運用経験

< Role Overview >

As we expand our conversational AI ecosystem and launch multiple new products utilizing communication data, we require a robust and flexible infrastructure. You will build and scale the platform foundations connecting AI technologies directly to user experience, driving technical choices that accelerate product development across the company.

■ Responsibilities: Leading System Architecture and Technical Leadership as a Platform Engineer (Lead Level)

・Drive the end-to-end strategy, design, development, and operation of shared core services (authentication/SSO, batch systems, logging/monitoring, etc.)

・Architect highly scalable and resilient systems to support multi-product expansion and make key technical decisions

・Identify future technical bottlenecks, resolve technical debt, and introduce modern engineering practices to empower developer velocity

・Cloud Infrastructure: AWS

・Architecture & Tools: Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring systems, batch processing, and identity platforms

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating shared core platform services

・Hands-on experience in development and operation using cloud platforms (especially AWS)

・Business-level Japanese proficiency

[Nice-to-have]

・Experience introducing microservice architectures or executing service decomposition

・Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines

・Proven technical leadership as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead

・Experience designing or building authorization, batch processing, or logging/monitoring systems

・Experience developing or operating telephony/telecommunication systems (e.g., SIP)
