As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will lead the architecture design, implementation, and operation of these cross-product foundations, maximizing value while balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.

■ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, you will lead or collaborate on:

- Platform Development & Operation: Build and manage core platforms including authorization, billing, task management, API aggregation, and event/external data integration across products.

- Delivery Standardization: Collaborate with product teams to design and gradually implement consistent product delivery mechanisms across the organization.

- Architecture & Evolution: Design architectures, model data, and execute transition plans to safely evolve existing infrastructure and APIs for multi-product use.

- Technical Leadership: Provide design reviews, technical consultations, and implementation support to empower product teams.

■ Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years of practical experience in web application development using frameworks, along with experience in data modeling or performance tuning for commercial products.

- Demonstrated leadership within a team and a user-centric mindset capable of moving forward in ambiguous situations.

■ 主な業務内容

ご経験に応じて、以下の業務を連携して推進いただきます。

・基盤プロダクトの開発・運用: 権限、課金、タスク、散在するデータの集約・活用API、プロダクト間および外部連携基盤の開発・運用を担います。

・提供の仕組みの整備: 各プロダクトチームと協働し、横断的で一貫性のある「プロダクト提供の仕組み」を設計し、段階的に普及させます。

・アーキテクチャの進化: 既存基盤やAPIを安全に使える形へと進化させるための設計、リファクタリング、移行計画の策定・実行を行います。

・技術支援と自走化: データ連携等における設計レビューや実装支援を行い、各チームがドメイン課題に集中し自走できる状態を作ります。

・フレームワークを使用したWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験5年以上を有し、商用プロダクトでのデータモデリングやパフォーマンスチューニングの経験がある方。

・チーム内でリーダーシップを発揮した経験があり、直接ユーザーが触れない機能でも「ユーザーにとっての価値」を起点に考え提案できる方。
