Our client is a Texas-based company that sells powersports and outdoor recreational products like UTVs, ATVs, and motorcycles online and through dealers across the United States.

Job Description

Our client needs a PPC Specialist / Marketing Assistant. You will help with digital advertising and marketing on different platforms. You should be good at managing paid ad campaigns. You also need to be comfortable looking at campaign data. You will find ways to improve campaigns. You will also help with daily marketing tasks.

This is a full-time job. You must work during Central Time business hours. You will work closely with the marketing team.

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Create, manage, monitor, and improve paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Watch campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other important numbers.
  • Find ways to make campaign performance and advertising more effective.
  • Help with keyword research, audience targeting, ad writing, campaign structure, and bid/budget changes.
  • Do basic research on competitors and the market to help with advertising strategies.
  • Check campaigns often and find ads, keywords, audiences, or campaigns that are not performing well.
  • Help test different ads, images, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Make sure advertising campaigns are set up and tracked correctly.
  • Help with daily digital marketing tasks.
  • Help organize promotions, product campaigns, and seasonal marketing efforts.
  • Support the creation and organization of marketing materials like ad text, images, videos, and promotional items.
  • Help with campaigns focused on our client's vehicle and powersports products.
  • Research trends, competitors, keywords, and possible advertising chances.
  • Keep campaign documents and marketing reports organized.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data and share important trends and chances with the marketing team.
  • Track campaign results against goals and budgets.
  • Use data to suggest practical improvements for campaigns.

Required Experience And Qualifications

  • You have proven experience with PPC / paid advertising.
  • You have hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
  • You have experience with YouTube advertising.
  • You understand PPC metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • You have experience monitoring and improving advertising campaigns.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail and are organized.
  • You can manage multiple campaigns and marketing tasks at the same time.
  • You can work on your own and meet deadlines.
  • You are comfortable working during Central Time business hours.

Preferred Skills

  • You have experience with e-commerce or retail advertising.
  • You have experience advertising automotive, powersports, outdoor recreation, or similar products.
  • You are familiar with Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
  • You have experience with Google Tag Manager or other tracking tools.
  • You have experience working with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
  • You have a basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
  • You have experience creating or coordinating digital ad visuals.
  • You are familiar with reporting tools like Looker Studio or similar.

Personality

  • You are a hands-on PPC professional who is comfortable working on multiple advertising platforms.
  • You are analytical, proactive, and organized.
  • You are comfortable looking at campaign data to see what works, what doesn't, and what to test next.
  • You can switch between campaign management, reporting, research, and general marketing tasks.
