Who we are
Fund Partner ("FP"), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.

Fund Partner Alternative Advisors (“FPAA”) is an independent house of advisors within Fund Partner, co-founding or partnering with, investing in and actively managing ventures and spin-offs, and growing and diversifying established premium brands in hospitality, travel, real estate, leisure, F&B and luxury retail, with emerging and established entrepreneurs.

Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, with a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.

The opportunity
We are seeking a Premium F&B Entrepreneur (Product Diversification and Sustainability) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at FPAA.

As the Premium F&B Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner and grow established premium and wellness food and beverage brands sustainably into new markets, channels and product lines through collaborations and, where warranted, spin-offs, working peer-to-peer with the Partners, solely with Bahadır Ataol, and with brand owners and strategic partners.

The role

• Mapping the premium food and beverage landscape and sourcing established brands with strong growth potential, including wellness brands

• Engaging brand owners, assessing each brand's commercial position and managing the pipeline through to partnership

• Designing growth plans covering new markets, channels and product lines, and identifying spin-off opportunities

• Leading recipe development with producers and chefs around each brand's signature recipes, including wellness-oriented and nutrition-led ranges

• Embedding sustainability into ingredients, sourcing, packaging and supply chain

• Representing Fund Partner at invitation-only events, cocktail receptions and tasting dinners, and accompanying the Partner

• Reporting results to the Partners and collaborating with fellow Entrepreneurs

The profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field

• Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years' professional work experience)

• Strong interest in premium food and beverage, wellness, sustainability, brand building or commercial growth; familiarity with luxury, retail or hospitality: a plus

• Commercial awareness, strong relationship-building skills and a refined palate

• Knowledge of recipe development, nutrition, product formulation or food labelling: a plus

• Comfortable representing Fund Partner with brand owners and senior decision makers, in formal and social settings

• Working knowledge of AI-powered market research or consumer analytics tools: a plus

• Interest in entrepreneurship and in building and scaling ventures

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region

• Proficiency in standard office tools

• Degree from a UK or European university required

This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel, both international and in Turkey, for brand and producer visits, private events and tasting dinners, and partner accompaniment.

Remuneration
This engagement carries no fixed salary; instead, it offers success-based revenue sharing from brand collaborations and, where a new spin-off is established, an equity option, together with the opportunity to benefit from funding tranches and increases in enterprise value, and the realised value upon exit.
