Product Development Analyst / Product Development Specialist / Product Innovation Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Development Analyst / Product Development Specialist / Product Innovation Manager. The role involves supporting end-to-end product development activities, including concept generation, feasibility assessment, and translating consumer and clinical insights into innovation pipelines for nutraceutical and nutrition products. Responsibilities include analyzing market and scientific data, defining product requirements, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables. The role also includes preparing clear documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders, collaborating with marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of product portfolios and processes.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nutrition, food technology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health, and familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in these sectors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across time zones, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, basic data analysis) is beneficial.
