About the Role
Deep Knowledge Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to turn Longevity Club from a membership concept, a community and a set of partner relationships into a coherent, usable and revenue-generating membership product.
Longevity Club combines a multi-platform app (iOS, Android and desktop), personalised membership cards, a curated network of longevity vendors and clinics, member benefits, events, content and community programmes. Membership is tiered and personalised by member type: individual members, vendors, company representatives and community ambassadors.
The Product Development Manager will own the path from concept to live product to paying, engaged members.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the architecture and roadmap of the Longevity Club product: app (iOS, Android, desktop), membership card, benefits and partner network.
- Design the core user journeys for each member type, from onboarding to renewal, consistently across mobile and desktop.
- Translate the Club’s value proposition into concrete app features: member profile, benefits wallet, vendor marketplace, bookings, events, content and community.
- Develop product requirements for the app, membership tiers, loyalty and referral mechanics.
- Define the vendor and partner experience: onboarding, offers, visibility and performance reporting.
- Design the community ambassador programme and its incentives.
- Develop membership and subscription propositions, together with pricing, packaging and access tiers alongside commercial teams.
- Integrate relevant intelligence and content from the wider Longevity Group ecosystem (GLIG, research platform, diagnostics) into the member experience.
- Coordinate CRM and member-data requirements with BD, marketing and operations.
- Work with the development team and Head of Developers on scoping, sprints and releases.
- Work with BD and Partnerships on vendor acquisition and validation of member offers.
- Work with Marketing on acquisition funnels, activation and retention.
- Build MVPs and test them with real prospective members and vendors.
- Maintain the product roadmap, priorities, dependencies and release criteria.
- Use data on actual usage, conversion, retention and member feedback to decide what is built next.
Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate is not somebody who only writes requirements documents.
We are looking for an operator who can take an ambitious membership concept, identify what members will actually use and pay for, reduce it to a practical first version and coordinate the work needed to get it live and growing.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management, product development or comparable work.
- Professional English.
- Experience building consumer digital products across mobile and desktop, ideally membership, subscription or loyalty products.
- Strong understanding of product requirements, user journeys, MVPs and roadmaps.
- Experience with product metrics: activation, retention, churn, LTV.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment.
- Experience working with developers, designers and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work across product, BD, marketing, partners and members.
- Strong ownership and delivery discipline.
- Practical AI literacy.
Strong Advantages
- Health, wellness, longevity or HealthTech product experience.
- Premium or lifestyle membership clubs, concierge or loyalty programmes.
- Two-sided marketplace experience (members and vendors).
- Experience launching apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- Gulf/GCC or Dubai market experience.
- Community, events or ambassador programme experience.
- Russian language skills.
What Success Looks Like
Longevity Club should have a live, growing membership product with clear tiers, active members, engaged vendors and measurable retention, not an expanding list of features and ideas.
