Responsibilities: Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team Responsible for the social trading platform Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe Requirements: Native Japanese Speaker Effective written and verbal communication skills in English 1+ years of experience in a Product Development role Previous experience in FX business and CFD's industry is a must.
