Product Lead, Agentic Personalization

About the Role

As the founding Product Lead for Agentic Personalization, you will define a new product area within a B2B marketing technology platform. You will shape the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach for agent-driven personalization across websites and mobile apps, working closely with engineering, customers, and company leadership.

What You'll Do

• Work with enterprise product and growth teams to understand their personalization workflows and translate customer needs into a roadmap tied to business outcomes.

• Define which personalization tasks agents can handle autonomously and which require human review, including how the product earns customer trust over time.

• Guide product sequencing for real-time experimentation, audience and variant creation, and traffic allocation.

• Join customer conversations, help shape product positioning, and partner with customer success on implementation playbooks.

• Collaborate with engineers on technical and architectural tradeoffs across browser SDKs, edge delivery, and real-time data systems.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 4 to 10+ years of relevant experience, including product management for technical products.

• A track record of taking products from early concept through launch and scale, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS.

• Strong technical foundations, including a technical undergraduate degree and the ability to engage in architecture discussions with engineering teams.

• Experience working closely with end users to understand problems and improve products through iteration.

• Background in AI or machine learning products is valuable, as is experience in software engineering, founding, or solutions engineering.

• Familiarity with developer products, personalization, recommendation systems, or machine learning is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $240,000 to $320,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
