Role Description The Product Management Course Facilitator is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, practical product management training sessions to diverse groups of learners. The facilitator will plan and structure course modules, update training materials, and align content with current industry practices and frameworks. Day-to-day activities include leading live virtual sessions, guiding discussions, answering learner questions, and supporting participants through exercises, case studies, and projects. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the Imovations team to refine curricula and improve the overall training experience. The facilitator is expected to maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment and represent Imovations’ commitment to high-quality, results-oriented education.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of product management fundamentals, including product discovery, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and agile or lean methodologies.

• Experience facilitating training, workshops, or courses, with skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and creating interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and foster inclusive, respectful group discussions.
• Proficiency with remote teaching tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing, collaborative whiteboards, LMS systems) and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
• Practical experience in a product management or related role (e.g., product owner, business analyst, UX or tech lead) in a tech or digital product context.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan sessions, manage multiple cohorts, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in product management and training.
• Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with product management trends, tools, and best practices to keep course content up to date.
