Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
What you’ll do:

- Manage stakeholders, communicate outcomes and progress, facilitate planning discussions, and incorporate feedback into product priorities
- Navigate competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and constraints to support effective product decisions and incremental delivery
- Champion a client-centered approach, ensuring the experience continues to evolve based on client needs and measurable outcomes
What you’ll bring:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the business domain, client needs, processes, technology, and regulatory considerations
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable priorities
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to advocate for priorities, manage expectations, and make informed product decisions
- Ability to articulate a compelling future client experience and connect product decisions to client and business value
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and communicate decisions and outcomes clearly
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver incremental value
- Experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams

What’s in it for you:
- Career Growth: Regular learning sessions and development opportunities
- Total Rewards: Allowance provided in place of vacation pay and benefits
