Product Sales Executive

Madlift Junction is hiring a Sales Executive / Product Sales Executive to drive international sales for our AI products, marketing, and IT software solutions.

This is not a traditional business development role; it is a pure closing role where you are expected to bring in numbers and close deals internationally from Month 1. If you are a target-driven closer who thrives under performance pressure, this is for you.

Job Overview & Compensation

• Position: Sales Executive / Product Sales Executive
• Location: Remote
• Target Market: International Clients
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in international sales closing
• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 fixed + handsome commission structure.
• Performance Bonus: Achieve your minimum target in Month 1, and your fixed salary increases to a bracket of PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000 for the next month (depends on your sales numbers). So fixed amount over 50k is strictly tied to monthly target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Close International Deals: To sell mainly our AI products globally from your very first month.
• Hit Strict Monthly Targets: Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet strict monthly closing targets.
• Direct Sales & Closing: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to pitching and to contract signing (No passive lead generation; we need closers).

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 years of proven experience of closing sales in international markets.
• Experience selling IT, software, SaaS, or AI products is highly preferred.
• Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to work under a strict, 100% performance-based evaluation system.
