Role Description

This is a Full time Work from Home-Remote Role, little bit Hybrid mode when applicable , contract-based role for a Sales Expert/FINANCIAL ADVISOR/Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Consultant/Sales Agent. The individual will focus on driving sales by identifying and pursuing new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience. We deal in "NO FIXED SALARY/ NO BASIC SALARY" terms. You will get 35%( Salary+Bonus+incentive+Commission) of Sales once your Sale is approved. You have to do Input to get Output. Reward will be only provided if you do Work and generate Sales for the company. We also take a Basic Sales Abilities TEST/TASK to ensure that Applicant can do Sales and can achieve Target in a given time period( I.e only 1 Sale or customer required by the Applicant who is interested in Askari Life Assurance Company LTD insurance policy ). We don't have any CRM system.You have to generate Clients/Customers on your own. We can only Guide/Train/Help the applicant.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills, including experience in Retail Sales and Customer Experience

Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management skills

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions effectively

Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets

Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and remotely

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

JOB ROLE (SUMMARY JD)

Your core responsibility will be:

✔ Submitting a daily performance report to the Branch Manager

WORKING STRUCTURE

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Mode)

Work Type: Remote (Work From Home)

Daily reporting is mandatory

Monthly performance review applicable

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is a target-based earning model with salary + incentives + bonuses.

✔ Total earning potential: Up to 35% of your sales

Breakdown:

Basic Salary → 10%

Incentives → 15%

Bonuses & Commission → 10%

Example:

If you generate/achieve the monthly target:

✔ PKR 100,000 sales (i.e if monthly target not achieved)

You still receive:

→ PKR 10,000 (Salary)

→ PKR 15,000 (Incentive)

→ PKR 10,000 (Bonus & Commission)

Total = PKR 35,000 ( or 30K if monthly target not achieved)

✔ PKR 200,000 sales (Target Achieved)

You earn: PKR 70,000

✔ PKR 300,000 sales

You earn: PKR 105,000

Important:

This is NOT a fixed salary job.

Earnings are directly linked with performance and results.

No Input = No Output | Strong Input = High Income

You will be selected as Assistant Branch Manager
