This position is based in Chicago and will involve a combination of remote and in-office work.
Role Summary:
The Production Coordinator will support EA’s Production Department, both internally in
pre-production and onsite for client events. This entry-level position requires an eager individual
with a strong work ethic and the desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and project management support to the project’s lead producer to ensure success of the program.
- Support all live, hybrid, virtual event logistics and timelines conception to completion.
- Work on multiple projects and assignments with a variety of production and cross-department team members.
- Employ strong problem-solving skills and provide recommendations to assigned project deliverables.
- Research and gather information in planning the execution of events.
- Sourcing caterers, giveaways/swag, hotel blocks, production supplies, vendors, venues, etc.
- Anticipate project needs to meet deadlines.
- Serve as liaison between vendors, venues staff and clients regarding event details.
- Work onsite during production for events as needed.
- Provide status reports to the Production Team as necessary.
- Coordinate and attend site visits if need arises.
- Coordinate communication with speakers/talent for scheduling technical checks and/or pre-recorded content.
- Support the creation and management of production schedules as well as both internal and client facing project decks, as required.
- Assist producers in processing invoices and check requests.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in the event industry.
- 1-2 years events industry experience preferred.
- Experience/knowledge in backend management of various meeting platforms including but not limited to Zoom host, Google Hangouts, Teams, Webex, etc.
- Knowledge of virtual event platforms is a plus.
- Event platforms including but not limited to Cvent, Swoogo, Swapcard, Kaltura, etc.
- Proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Experience in G Suite products and Asana a plus.
- Client-centric mentality.

Compensation will be based on experience and will range from $50,000 to $60,000.
