Projec Engineer / Senior Engineer

Role Description The Owner role is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing strategic direction, corporate governance, and overall business performance for Nova International General Contracting L.L.C. Daily activities include reviewing financial reports, monitoring project pipelines, and collaborating with senior leadership on business development and risk management. The role involves setting high-level policies, approving key investments, and ensuring alignment with holding company standards and regional regulations. The Owner also provides guidance on resource allocation, stakeholder relationships, and long-term growth initiatives while maintaining a clear focus on transparency and project integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure project delivery, with experience overseeing large-scale projects.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, corporate governance, and organizational leadership.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, regulators, and internal leadership teams.
• Ability to work remotely and part-time while maintaining timely oversight and decision-making.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, regional market dynamics, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with commitment to ethical, transparent operations.
