Role Description This is a full-time for Senior and Mid-Level Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineers and BIM Mechanical Modelers. Team members will develop mechanical and electrical building services designs, perform load calculations, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines. BIM Mechanical Modelers will create and maintain 3D models, ensure clash detection and resolution, and support design documentation in coordination with the engineering team. All professionals in this role will review design standards, support quality assurance processes, participate in technical meetings, and collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient, and constructible solutions. The position also involves supporting inspections, design revisions, and continuous improvement of design workflows based on project feedback and latest industry practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and practical experience in building services design.
• Candidates should possess solid Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, ideally including BIM tools such as Revit or similar platforms.
• Candidates should possess maintenance-related skills for building systems or industrial equipment to understand lifecycle performance.
• Candidates should possess inspection capabilities for reviewing designs, models, and on-site installations against standards and specifications.
• Candidates should possess automotive or related mechanical systems experience, which is beneficial for understanding complex mechanical components.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in MEP design, building services engineering, or consulting environments, ideally on Middle East or international projects.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., local building codes, international MEP standards) and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certifications in engineering, BIM, or CAD tools are an advantage.
