The Opportunity:
We are seeking an organized, proactive Project and Traffic Manager to help the creative team move work efficiently from intake through final delivery. This role will manage schedules, route projects, coordinate reviews across a high volume of creative requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable balancing shifting priorities without losing sight of quality or deadlines.
What You Will Do:
- Manage creative workflow: Own day-to-day project traffic across campaigns and deliverables, including web, email,paid media, social, retail, Amazon, video, and other brand content.
- Build and maintain schedules: Create clear workback plans, milestones, review rounds, and delivery dates; update timelines as priorities or dependencies change.
- Coordinate intake and kickoff: Review incoming requests for required information, clarify scope and deliverables, and organize projects for a smooth creative start.
- Route work and manage reviews: Move creative through the right reviewers and approvers, consolidate feedback, track revisions, and confirm final sign-off.
- Monitor workload and priorities: Maintain visibility into team capacity, identify conflicts, and partner with Creative Operations to recommend sequencing or resource adjustments.
- Keep stakeholders informed: Provide concise status updates, flag risks early, document decisions, and ensure owners understand next steps and deadlines.
- Maintain project standards: Keep project management tools, trackers, folders, naming conventions, and key documentation accurate and current.
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative project management, traffic coordination, marketing operations, production, or a related role.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects and deadlines at the same time in an agency, in-house creative team, or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to details, ownership, and follow-through.
- Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with creative, marketing, web partners.
- Working knowledge of creative development and production workflows, including common review, approval, and asset-delivery stages.
- Comfort using project management and collaboration tools; experience with tools such as, Monday.com or similar platforms is helpful.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed when priorities shift, and raise issues with a proposed path forward.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
