Job Description
This is a remote position.
Recruiters are a core component of Talent Guider operations. In this role, you are expected to find highly qualified candidates for our open positions in different industries. If you are a determined, resourceful and unyielding professional, we’d love to meet you.
• Identifying the staffing requirement for a new or open job requisitions
• Crafting an accurate and detailed job description to attract the best candidates
• Setting expectations in the interview process
• Serving as the point person and primary interviewer during the interview process.
• Conduct the first interview and initial screening
• Marketing new job opportunities internally and seeking employee referrals from peers and teams
• Writing the job offer, and negotiating the terms of the contract with the chosen candidate
Requirements
•Graduate of a four-year degree course
• Familiarity with volume recruitment best practices
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Experience with phone and online interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
