Project Executive – Temporary (Remote)

Location: UAE – Fully Remote

Salary: AED 300 – 500 per day

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive to oversee and coordinate projects remotely for our client in the UAE. The role involves directing team activities, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will be the key link between stakeholders, project managers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks & Duties:

Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables within set timelines

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment

Report progress, challenges, and potential risks to management regularly

Maintain project budget and ensure optimal resource allocation

Ensure all project outputs adhere to quality standards

Negotiate with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations and address concerns

Solve project-related issues, risks, variances and conflicts through proper channels

Maintain open lines of communication with all project participants

Requirements:

Proven experience as Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager

Background in Construction, IT, or Marketing preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Project Management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)

Available to join immediately for temporary assignment

UAE-based with own laptop and reliable internet
