Inventory Manager

Role Description The Inventory Manager at RUN'IN CREDIT MUTUEL ET CIC will oversee day-to-day inventory operations to support efficient remote activities in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities include tracking stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records across systems. The role involves analyzing inventory data to identify trends, optimize ordering, and reduce waste or stockouts. The Inventory Manager will collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory status, support customer-facing colleagues with timely information, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes. This remote position requires proactive monitoring of inventory metrics, preparing regular reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of inventory procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong inventory-focused skills, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management, with experience maintaining accurate stock records and processes.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify issues or patterns, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support high-quality service delivery.
• Proficiency with inventory or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
• Prior experience in inventory or operations management, finance, or retail/logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving processes and priorities.
