Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you lead complex projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams stay aligned throughout every stage. Working closely with consultants, designers, developers, and clients, you coordinate planning, communication, and execution to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading digital projects with various disciplines and subprojects;

• Monitoring scope, planning, budget, and quality;

• Reporting on progress and business value;

• Involving stakeholders in choices, progress, and decision-making;

• Interacting between client, internal teams, and partners;

• Identifying risks and adjusting in a timely manner.

• 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner;

• Experience within a digital agency or complex digital environments is a plus;

• Strong in stakeholder management and decision-making;

• Experienced in project and workflow software such as Jira and Confluence;

• Agile/Scrum experience (pragmatically applied).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with international clients;

• Knowledge of digital platforms and enterprise solutions.
