Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects for automotive brands. If you enjoy keeping complex delivery on track, working directly with clients and improving the way a team works, this role is for you.
You will manage end-to-end projects and ongoing development requirements for our automotive clients' digital platforms built on our CMS and Forms solutions, covering both larger initiatives and day-to-day development and maintenance. You will also take ownership of project reporting as part of our internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management for a development team: planning, prioritization, scoping and delivery of both maintenance work and larger initiatives.
• Leading projects that sit at the intersection of websites and forms, including custom integrations with external systems (CRM, lead management, dealer and financing partners).
• Close cooperation with development, design, rollout and support teams across the full lifecycle of new features and projects, from requirements to release.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, partners and internal teams: running and attending status meetings, communicating progress internally and externally, taking part in internal demos and preparing presentations and summaries.
• Ownership of project & SLA reporting - progress, scope, timelines and hours - for clients and internally, together with the tools and processes behind it.
• Working with the PM team on improving and automating internal processes: time tracking, reporting, documentation standards in Jira and Notion.
• Supporting the client NPS process and the regular client reporting cycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience working directly with external clients - leading meetings, managing expectations and maintaining relationships.
• A track record of leading IT projects end to end, from requirements and scoping through delivery to release.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation of project processes - using them day to day to speed up reporting, documentation and routine work.
• Excellent communication skills in English (client communication, documentation, Jira) and Polish (team collaboration).
• Very good organizational skills and the ability to juggle several parallel threads.
• A proactive approach: you help clients with suggestions before they ask and you openly raise ideas and concerns within the team.
• Flexibility and openness to change, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with projects involving third-party API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and time-tracking tools (e.g. Tempo).
