Role Mission

As Project Manager SaaS Implementation, reporting to the Global Implementation Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, acting as the primary client liaison, and serving as the operational backbone of the practice to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery that maximizes client value and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Sprinklr implementation projects, creating and executing detailed project plans aligned with client business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, solution architects, implementation managers, and client stakeholders.

• Serve as primary client liaison, leading steering committees and executive briefings, and communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project health metrics, proactively addressing risks and timeline challenges, and ensure a seamless handover to client success teams.

• Contribute to project management frameworks, best practices, and quality standards for the US implementation practice, sharing lessons learned to improve delivery efficiency.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects end to end, with solid understanding of technical delivery processes (Sprinklr or similar CXM/social platforms is a plus).

• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client and executive stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive audiences, including advanced/fluent English to work with US clients.

• Availability to travel up to 15% for kickoffs, milestone reviews, and go-live support.
