Helprise is an organization that combines global reach with local talent. We work for companies that value quality, partnership, and responsibility, creating teams that really work. By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Underage Access Prevention (UAP) Project, a key initiative focused on preventing underage access to products and ensuring responsible business practices across multiple markets.

In this role, you will support the deployment of new age verification technology solutions in brand retail stores. You will work closely with international stakeholders, external vendors, IT, Legal, and local market teams to ensure effective governance, smooth implementation, and consistent delivery across markets.

You Will

  • Establish and maintain program governance, including project scope, timelines, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on decisions and actions.
  • Coordinate the deployment of age verification technology solutions, working closely with external vendors, IT, Legal, and local market teams.
  • Build and maintain an integrated project schedule, monitor delivery readiness, and track progress against agreed success criteria and KPIs.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across both initiatives, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across participating markets.

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in large, complex, international organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams and fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive, independent, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to identify compliant solutions in a changing environment.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Offer adaptable schedules to maintain work-life balance.
  • Attractive Rewards System: Recognize commitment and effort with generous rewards structure.
  • Sport Card Benefit: Encourage fitness and wellness with access to multiple sports facilities.
  • Private medical care: Prioritize employee health with private world-class medical care.
  • Life Insurance: Ensure financial security and preparedness for the future with a robust life insurance plan.
  • Employee Referral Program: Recognize talent acquisition contributions with a rewarding referral program.
