Project Sales Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Sales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The Project Sales Engineer will support the Centre’s initiatives by identifying and developing project sales opportunities with industry and institutional partners. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with academic and technical teams to align solutions with client needs, and managing pipelines of prospective collaborations. The role also involves nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, responding to inquiries, providing timely customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Project Sales, including developing proposals and managing project-based opportunities.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, track performance, and meet agreed targets.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging stakeholders, understanding needs, and providing reliable follow-up.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, business, or a related field; experience in AI, technology, or research environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage part-time schedules responsibly.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing clear reports and presentations.
