We are looking for Junior and Senior Queensland Property Lawyers for an award-winning Conveyancing Practice. Multiple positions are available based in our Brisbane office to join our team. BTR has a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals to administer the procedural aspects of the conveyancing transaction. Your role is to supervise and support the team and to apply your legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction. You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings, including: ● water licences and allocations ● road licences ● permits to occupy ● easements ● covenants ● mining tenements ● conduct and compensation agreements ● contract reviews ● contract disputes ● off-the-plan contracts ● retirement villages ● related party transactions Something you might come across once in your career in small-scale practice will be a common occurrence here at BTR!
