Here's How You'll Make an Impact: Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and cultivate potential buyers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Maintain and grow a database of high-quality investor prospects. Initiate contact with corporate and institutional clients to explore investment opportunities. Sales & Client Advisory Understand and communicate the value, features, and ROI potential of luxury properties. Counsel investors on pricing, financing options, infrastructure, and development plans. Present and negotiate offers to achieve win-win agreements. Accompany buyers on site visits and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions. Transaction Management Prepare purchase agreements and necessary transaction documents. Oversee property closings, document signing, and fund disbursement. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards. Relationship Management Provide after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships. Keep clients informed of new projects, investment opportunities, and market updates.
