About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Management Specialist – Leasing & Evictions to support the day-to-day management of residential properties in the U.S.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, tenant coordination, or a related field, preferably with experience supporting U.S.-based properties or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
• Communicate with tenants regarding rent, leases, maintenance, notices, and other property-related matters.
• Track rent payments, late payments, and tenant account records.
• Prepare and maintain deposit summaries and tenant records.
• Assist with the eviction process and ensure required documentation and notices are completed accurately.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, compliance, and insurance verification.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit readiness.
• Issue tenant notices and coordinate move-out activities.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and repair coordination.
• Conduct and document move-out inspections and damage assessments.
• Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
• Assist with post-move-out recovery and collections activities.
• Coordinate with collection agencies, insurance providers, and other relevant parties when required.
• Prepare and maintain weekly property-management reports.

Weekly Reporting

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports related to:

• Monday: Vacancy List
• Tuesday: Move-In / Move-Out (MIMO)
• Wednesday: Evictions
• Thursday: Late Rents & Collections
• Friday: Urgent Work Orders

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based properties or clients is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of leasing, tenant management, rent collection, and property-management processes.
• Experience assisting with evictions, tenant notices, or collections is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties/tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM San Francisco Time, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Comfortable using Time Doctor or similar time-tracking/screen-monitoring software.
