What you'll do

• Develop complex psychiatric case studies, then assess how the AI responds to them

• Conduct psychological assessments and write expert annotations

• Produce clinically accurate records and expert analyses in English

• Review sensitive mental health content, then comment on the methods used to assess the AI

Who this is for

• An MD, MBBS or equivalent medical degree; psychiatry residency must be completed, and medical licensure must be valid

• Clinical experience carrying out psychiatric assessments, planning treatment and maintaining records in clinical settings

• Professional fluency in English, with advanced written and spoken communication

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
