About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead the company’s sales strategy, manage sales operations, and drive revenue growth. This role oversees sales teams, develops key customer relationships, and ensures sales objectives align with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy and growth plans.
• Lead sales teams and establish performance targets.
• Monitor revenue, sales forecasts, and pipeline performance.
• Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Review sales performance and implement improvement plans.
• Report results and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience, including senior leadership.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets and developing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Experience managing sales across multiple markets or regions.
