Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include listing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining up-to-date property records. The role is primarily based in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work from home.

We are expanding our real estate sales team and seeking Sales Partners to market and sell landed properties across Lagos and other fast-growing locations in Nigeria.

This is a strictly commission-based role perfect for anyone who wants to earn by closing property deals without the limitation of a fixed salary.

What You’ll Do:

• Market and promote available real estate properties (training & materials will be provided)

• Prospect, engage, and close deals with potential clients

• Maintain client relationships to generate referrals and repeat sales

• Participate in sales trainings and team meetings

What You Need:

• Strong communication & persuasive skills

• Confidence to engage and follow up with clients

• Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude

• No formal qualification or real estate experience required, if you can sell, you can earn!

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and perform in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
