Role Description This is a part-time Real Estate Consultant role based in Lagos with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client and property visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and evaluate real estate opportunities, conduct market research, and advise clients on suitable property investments aligned with their wealth creation objectives. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting property options, preparing basic investment summaries, and supporting sales transactions from initial interest through to closing. The role also involves coordinating property viewings, maintaining accurate records of leads and deals, and collaborating with the team to refine advisory strategies and client training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to assess investment potential and risks.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
• Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
• Experience in Training or client education on real estate concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Lagos.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for research, documentation, and communication.
• Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
