We're looking for a Driver Recruiter to help us attract and hire top driver and warehouse talent. If you have experience sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

✅ 1+ year of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing

✅ Experience recruiting truck drivers is highly preferred

✅ Knowledge of driver, dispatcher, warehouse, dock worker, or forklift operator roles

✅ Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and CRM platforms

✅ Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
