Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruiter (up to 15K/target based). The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Day-to-day work involves using job boards, social platforms, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments of technical skills, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The role requires regular communication with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align candidate profiles, and provide updates on pipeline progress. The IT Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and achievement of hiring targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology and software roles.
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting within fast-paced or target-driven environments.
• Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfort working remotely, with self-motivation and accountability for meeting recruitment targets.
• Relevant experience in IT or technical recruitment; a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
